Ejjapureddi Prasad Rao was born on 1st July 1954 at Berhampur, Orissa as the third child of Smt E. Jagadamba garu & Shri E Chandrashekar Rao garu. His six siblings include three brothers, [late] Shri E Nageswara Rao, Shri E. Venkateswara Rao, Shri E Ramakrishna Rao and three sisters [late] Smt Shyamala Kumari, Smt Mani Kumari and Smt Manjula Kumari. While his father, a police officer with the Orissa Government took up assignments in various parts of Orissa, the formative years of Prasad Rao were spent in Vizianagaram Andhra Pradesh, his native land, in the company of his maternal grandmother, mother and         MORE......

kabaddi Rao's marriage to Smt Mythreyee took place in Bangalore in the year 1985.
